I'm Kerry Mauri, a Seattle-based physical therapist, coach, endurance athlete, wife, mom, and entrepreneur. I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to work with individuals committed to staying fit, strong, and competitive as they age while juggling a busy life with family, a career, and everything else that comes their way.

My goal is simple: to meet you where you are. Perhaps you want to complete a long-distance triathlon despite a hip injury, regain your running form after giving birth, or work on a personalized strengthening program that fits your unique anatomy and medical history. Whatever your needs, I'm here to provide resources and support to help you achieve your goals while navigating any obstacles that come with being an aging athlete.

I am no stranger to pushing my body to the limits. I've been a competitive swimmer since elementary school and added rowing to my list of sports when I entered high school. I also found fulfillment in playing violin and piano. With all these activities, I had no choice but to learn to prioritize and manage my time because I had to keep my grades up. This paid off when I was awarded academic and athletic scholarships to attend Boston University's physical therapy program and row on the varsity crew team. I was awarded the team's Most Valuable Player in my senior year and named First Team All-Region. I was also invited to attend the pre-elite camp as a lightweight rower for the US Rowing National Team.

Since moving to Seattle in 2003, I switched my focus to individual sports like triathlons, cycling and running races. As I've gotten older, I've realized that the keys to staying strong and competitive evolve over time. I now balance my career, marriage, and partnership in raising two boys while pursuing my athletic goals, and I've learned to adapt to the unexpected bumps and bruises that come with the territory.

Throughout my 22 years of practicing physical therapy and training as an endurance athlete, I've learned the importance of discipline, hard work, and adaptability in reaching lofty goals. I'm grateful for the ability to pursue my passions, and I want to help others experience that same sense of accomplishment and power in their lives and bodies.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, I'm here to help you push your body to the limits while working toward realistic and practical goals that align with your lifestyle and values. Let's work together to achieve greatness and overcome any obstacles that come our way.

endurance athlete at Arrow PT Seattle

Kerry is an incredible PT with deep knowledge and true commitment to her field. She actually cares about you and will do everything possible to see you get better. She has helped me through several injuries over the past few years. For example, with her help, I went from having constant shoulder pain (and believing I could never swim again) to swimming a mile pain-free in just a few months. Kerry is the best of the best. The one-on-one sessions are chock full of information to help you recover and get stronger. She has full grasp on anatomy, exercise options (balancing any other limitations you might have), personal training, and pain management. She is positive and enthusiastic and you actually leave your one hour session feeling like you can get better. And you will!
