… from the daily grind for a trip to Iceland!!
Thanks to the motivation of one, and the planning skills of another, I went on a Girls’ Trip to Iceland with 3 of my closest girl friends! We spent 6 days traveling along the Southern edge of the island, and since the training must continue, I had 2 great runs in Reykjavik, and another run in Kirkjubaejarklauster (say that 5 times fast).
I managed to drag one of my buddies out for part of the first run through Reykjavik.
Definitely one of my favorite things to do is explore where I travel through running. The most important thing is to make sure I just enjoy the run, and make sure to take the time to stop and take pictures and enjoy the sights and sounds.

All smiles from the four of us!
